Biography
Sunghee Kim, MS, CPA, EA, is an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Science and Humanity at The State University of New York (SUNY) Korea. He has been teaching university-level students since 2016 and joined SUNY Korea in 2019. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Education from Seoul National University and a Master of Science in Business Administration (accounting) from Seoul National University. His professional career started at PricewaterhouseCoopers Korea (Samil PwC) and later has worked in the accounting and finance field, primarily as an accounting professional for start-up companies. His credentials and certification include United States Certified Public Accountant by the Washington State Board of Accountancy, Enrolled Agent by the Internal Revenue Service of the United States federal government, Foreign Certified Public Accountant by Korea Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Certificate of International Financial Reporting Standards by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
